Big Star Honda OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES:
CONTEST: On Tuesday, January 1, 2019, Big Star Honda is giving away one (1) 2014 Nissan Versa SV. Entries may be submitted beginning Dec 10, 2018 and ending Dec 31, 2018 at 11:59PM CT. One (1) entrant will be randomly selected from the qualifying entrants pool as the Winning Entrant. Selection will occur at Noon CT on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 and attempts to contact the Winning Entrant will be made via Facebook. If the selected Winning Entrant cannot be reached by Noon CT on Thursday, Jan 3, 2018, another random drawing will be held until a qualified entrant is contacted and confirmed as Winning Entrant. There is a guaranteed winner, however Winning Entrant must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license, provide proof of insurance, and meet all other legal requirements for approval.
ENTRIES: Completed entries must be submitted between Dec 10, 2018 and Dec 31, 2018 11:59 PM CT to be valid. Entries may be submitted via the official Big Star Honda Facebook page by Sharing, Liking, AND Tagging four (4) people in the official Contest Post, located here:
Multiple entries may not be submitted, maximum one (1) entry per person; entries exceeding the maximum allowed for entry method will be discarded. Winning Entrant will be randomly selected from the pool of Qualifying Entries via www.random.org. Â No mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will be valid or accepted. Big Star Honda shall not bear responsibility or liability for illegible, lost, misdirected, or late entries.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No payment, proof of purchase, or entry fee required to enter or win. PRIZE: (1) 2014 Nissan Versa SV will be given to the Winning Entrant as-is. Winning Entrant must provide proof of insurance. If, for any reason, Winning Entrant does not qualify for the Prize Vehicle, Winning Entrant relinquishes any and all rights to the Prize Vehicle. Retail value of Prize Vehicle is $5,155.
WINNING ENTRANT: Winning entrant must be at least 18 years of age, a current resident of the state of Texas, provide proof of insurance, and provide a valid driver’s license. Big Star Honda reserves the exclusive right to determine whether any entrant meets any pre- or post-drawing requirement to claim any prize. Should winning entrant later be determined ineligible for any reason, Big Star Honda reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from remaining Qualifying Entrants.
TAXES AND CHARGES: Winning Entrant is responsible for all applicable taxes (whether local, state, federal, or international), surcharges, tariffs, duties, and all other charges associated with taking possession of the Prize Vehicle.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees and immediate family members of employees of Big Star Honda, and of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries and advertising agencies, and the directors, governors, employees and agents of such entities, and the immediate family members of all such persons, are ineligible to participate or win. Incomplete or illegible entries, or entries received after Dec 31, 2018, are not eligible to participate or to win. This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. ENTRANT MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO ENTER AND/OR TO WIN. WARRANTY: Big Star Honda nor its agents or affiliates assume any responsibility or liability for damages, losses, or injury resulting from the vehicle or its operation. Big Star Honda, EXPRESSLY EXCLUDES ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANDISE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OFFERED BY BIG STAR HONDA WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF.
ODDS: Odds of being selected as the Winning Entrant depend on the number of valid entries submitted.
DISCLOSURE: Entry constitutes permission to disclose any provided information in an effort to comply with legally required disclosure, and/or for promotional and commercial purposes, except where prohibited by law. Winning Entrant must agree that Big Star Honda may use their likeness and image in print, radio, TV, social media outlets and website for promotional value. Any Entrant may request verification that the advertised 2014 Nissan Versa SV matches what is delivered. Any information disclosed by Participant is not a disclosure to Facebook. Participant hereby acknowledge that the Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Nissan, or Honda Motor Company.
