I bought my car here and have been going for maintenance. I rate it 4 stars because, during service, instead of greeting and acknowledging you, they just look at you. I don’t like that, but once you get someone to help you, they are really helpful. I especially appreciate the Uber they pay for to bring me home, so I don’t have to wait at the dealership.

I truly had an AMAZING experience, and I want to personally recognize Sergio, Bailey, and Jaron the finance manager who worked with me. All three of them deserve recognition for the level of customer service they provided and somebody needs to give these guys a raise! From beginning to end, they were patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. What stood out to me the most was that I never felt like they were just trying to make a sale. They took the time to answer my questions, explain things to me, and make sure I understood what I was getting into instead of pressuring me into making a decision. Buying a vehicle can be stressful, especially when you want to make sure you’re making the right financial decision, but they made the entire experience comfortable. I felt like they cared just as much about me having a great experience and wanting to come back in the future as they did about selling a vehicle that day. That type of service is what builds repeat customers. Sergio, Bailey, and the (Jaron) finance manager were ALL outstanding. Their patience, knowledge, honesty, and customer service made a huge difference in my experience. Management, please recognize these three because they represented your dealership extremely well.
