I had a fantastic sales experience with Hailey at Big Star Honda. The process was seamless and I really appreciated the time Hailey took to explain things to me, let me try the things I needed to try, really get to know me and then got me into my new CR-V. The finance team, however, was my point of contention. Natali was my original finance partner, who initially got me started with the process, my credit application approved, and all that. But the next day I received a call from another finance partner (Brian) who tells me Natali quit the night I signed all my deals (which was a lie), and that my deal was no longer valid and I would have to resign at a higher rate and price. Even though I had signed contracts in place, they would not honor them. Unacceptable. Could have been a 5-star experience if not for that. If you decide to buy from Big Star Honda, probably reconsider using their financing. Their sales team was stellar, the finance side... Not so much.

Great place, second time I purchased a car here. Raul was absolutely amazing. He treated us like family. He was very genuine and down to earth. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed. The whole process was very time efficient as well i was shocked! Our car dealer Janel was great. Very responsive to all our needs. Finance was a little difficult. Would have wanted to check other interest rates for better interest rate. Had an issue with window tinting, Janel again was amazing, but when we came in, what should have taken no more than an hour took almost 3 hours.

Sales and Service teams are very helpful and responsive. Great customer service!
