Mr. Ponce Made everything simple purchasing a new vehicle

Despite an annoying faulty starter and Honda corporate being difficult about replacing it, the service dept at Big Star advocated for me, fought to fix my problem, and did so with excellence. This could’ve been an excruciating process but they made it as seamless as they possibly could for me. If you ever need to schedule an appointment and have the choice of who you see, Dylan Thornburg is an incredible Honda employee. He goes above and beyond with the people he helps and he’s stellar at his job. Much unlike other dealership experiences I have had, I was treated with respect, kindness, and intentionality by him. He deserves all praise for the work he does and how attentive he is to making sure you are informed and taken care of. Thank you Big Star.

Sales person Pedro Ponce was amazing. He made sure I understood everything I needed to know. He was very helpful throughout the process, he showed me different options till I found what I liked.

I like how they make everything easy for you as well as give you quotes of services your vehicle needs, including possible promotions at the time. I receive videos of my car inspected while getting serviced. There is alot of positive things. I trust this dealership so I feel like I get my money’s worth.
