Our car dealer Janel was great. Very responsive to all our needs. Finance was a little difficult. Would have wanted to check other interest rates for better interest rate. Had an issue with window tinting, Janel again was amazing, but when we came in, what should have taken no more than an hour took almost 3 hours.

Sales and Service teams are very helpful and responsive. Great customer service!

Janel was so professional, kind, and considerate. She made purchasing our new vehicle a breeze, and has been quite helpful post delivery of the vehicle. No haggling or bait and switches with Janel. 10/10 cannot recommend her enough. Brian Flores, one of the finance managers, was a bit condescending when I was declining the additional coverages for our vehicle. He kept asking “if I didn’t see any value or if it was an affordability issue”. Mind you we paid cash, so cost was not a factor. Just a bit rude and unnecessary for my taste. I also had an appointment at 6:30pm on a Monday to do the paperwork with Brian and was promptly seated. Brian was so slow that I didn’t get taken back to the office until 8:20pm. Wrapped up at 8:45pm. Overall, I’d purchase here again. This was our second time here at Big Star, and it was not the worst dealer experience by any means. Just ask for a different FM than Brian to work with lol.
