We had an appointment with Jeremy, our sales consultant, and he was ready for us when we arrived. He immediately welcomed us and took my daughter, who was purchasing the car, on the test drive. He was patient, professional, and took the time to explain the vehicle and the available purchase options based on our situation. After discussing the pricing with his manager, Jeremy presented the discount available from the MSRP. We were looking for a better deal, and after a few rounds of negotiation, he was able to get approval for the discount we were comfortable with. The next important step was financing. Ruth assisted us with the finance portion and was very friendly and helpful. She explained the commonly used options and protection plans without making the process uncomfortable. We selected a few options that made sense for us. Since those options increased the final price and the APR was different from what we had originally expected based on the credit review, she helped us adjust the financing term to find a payment structure that worked better for us. The entire process, from arrival to taking delivery of the vehicle, took around three hours. Despite the negotiations and paperwork, everything was handled in a friendly and cooperative atmosphere. Purchased car online. The sales person Eddy picked me up at the airport brought me to the dealership where the vehicle was ready as promised. I signed a couple of documents and was out the door in less than 20 minutes. The deal I got on the vehicle was over a thousand dollars less than other dealers that I had been dealing with.
