Adam was polite. I don’t recall the person’s name that was covering while Adam was out, but he was very polite and efficient at check out. Mt only complaint, which has NOTHING to do with the service advisors, is the phone system and trying to get in contact with the advisor.

They were prepared, organized, experienced, clear, thoughtful, provided an unbeatable deal, and the entire process took less than 1.5 hours. The culture, service, and atmosphere was the cherry on top. Very impressed. We previously had a relationship with a different local Honda dealership and we tried to work with them, but Big Star delivered and is our new go to. Go see this team.
